Consultations for DragonFly Concepts projects that are currently in production are included in the price of the project.

Consulting work that is not part of an existing DragonFly Concepts project, or that involves a completed DragonFly Concepts project, will be billed at an hourly rate of $50/hr. Turnaround time for research or other deliverables associated with such consulting work will be discussed at the time of the initial discussion.

Consultations requiring quick turnaround time on research, reporting, or other deliverables ("quick" generally meaning less than a week, although this could vary depending on the nature of the work involved) will be billed at a "rush" rate of $75/hr. "Rush" classification of the consultation work will be indicated at the time of the initial discussion.

Consultation fees apply to all discussions and research that is completed. Verbal agreement to these terms will be considered a binding verbal contract and an agreement to pay for all work performed. No written reports will be released until full payment is received. DragonFly Concepts will take part in meetings and other discussions prior to payment being received for "rush" work, however all payments for such work must be received within one week of billing.
